“Why do I need an IT service contract?”
By establishing a Service Agreement and outsourcing the IT Services, you are essentially hiring C3SD to become your IT consultant for a set amount of time. By inviting us into your office a few times a month and allowing us to install a Monitoring Agent on your Server, we are able to constantly monitor your network and prevent problems from arising. This in turn allows your business to become more productive, as there is little to no downtime. In addition to preventing problems, a service contract guarantees that if a problem does arise, you are a priority, and one of our tech’s will log in remotely or be onsite in a timely manner to fix the problem. 

C3SD Inc. offers four Plans to meet your business model. 

Managed Service Level Agreements – Tiered Service Levels ranging from server monitoring to full protection for you entire network.  

Hourly Break/Fix – Prescheduled appointments each month to perform routine maintenance. (Available to Carlsbad Businesses Only)

Agreement – Custom built Agreement to meet the specific needs of your business. 

Off-Site Backup & Storage - Protect important company information by performing nightly off-site backups to C3SD servers.
