Pricing

Beginning July 01, 2010 C3SD has begun a transition to become a Managed Services Company.  Please review the letter sent to all current clients regarding our new Service Agreement Plans.  

The following pricing structure has been simplified and will be applied to all Break / Fix Service Calls moving forward.  Billing will no longer be based upon Business or Residential but instead On-Site versus Remote / Phone Support.  All time will be billed in Six (6) Minute billing increments as outlined below.   

Typically Tuesday and Thursday will be reserved for On-site Visits 

Hourly Billing  Structure 

On-Site Support                  

Rate: $10 per 6 minutes
Minimum Billing for On-site visit: One (1) 1/2 hour or $50
Effective Hourly Rate: $100 / hr 

Remote / Phone Support                   

Rate: $8.50 per 6 minutes
Minimum Billing: 6 minutes or $8.50
Effective Hourly Rate: $85 / hr 

C3SD utilizes the most current technology to provide secure remote support.  If the computer in question can access the internet we can fix your problem remotely.

Small Business Assessment / Consultation (1 hour – find out how your business can benefit utilizing Windows SBS 2008)  Free  
Technology Assessment / Consultation  $250/flat
